STEM C^2 Research Summit on April 21st- EEG Team takes stage

We had the opportunity to showcase our research at our Bergen C^2 Research Summit. We had high schools, colleges, and universities come present their level of work. Even faced another EEG team during the summit. Look at the beauty that is our poster. Unbeknownst to everyone our research was incomplete. We had issues with analyzing our data in time for the conference but we were able to use GAD-7 survey as the main source of our analysis without the data from the readings to confirm our results. We still did amazing job on our presentation!!!!! I had the opportunity to glance over on one of the judges clipboard and saw we did extremely well but not enough to garner a top spot in the award ceremony. Also, I asked to present at a 4-day Neural Engineering Conference in Shanghai, China on May. IEEE EMBS (the electrical engineering society biomedical engineering chapter) thought what we had was quite interesting and that level of research is quite special at community college level.

Jenny, Minjoo, and I are stress-free after presenting to the first judge. I guess now we can do this thing!!!

STEM takes Princeton!!!!

Sorry for the late updates!!! With Summer 1 started this past Monday we have the opportunity to show you (the readers) what we're been doing since our spring internship. STEM students and I had the opportunity to attend the American Association for Physics Teachers annual conference this past March. It was held at Princeton University and we had the pleasure in meeting speaker Dr. Kent Yagi post-doctorate student at Princeton. His presentation focused on Gravitational Waves which was quite fascinating.

Princeton's Mascot, The Tigers!!!

Team Bergen!!!!

Had the opportunity to look at their Theoretical class rooms and labs with fellow STEM member Doucina.

Happy St. Patrick's Day!!!!
